  • A tailored approach providing motivation, accountability and technical advice on your form and technique.

  • Personal training for weight maintenance or weight loss (additional nutrition and weight loss counselling coming soon).

  • Use of high quality specialist exercise equipment as well as body weight work.

  • A tailored approach, combining the best of both worlds - I can offer you a “Fusion Training” where we will combine Strength and/or Fitness Training along with Pilates Mat and/or Reformer.

What to wear

  • For personal training, wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion, like athletic shorts or leggings, a moisture-wicking top, a supportive sports bra (if needed), and good quality athletic shoes that provide stability; prioritize clothes that wick away sweat and allow you to move freely.
