My Approach to Nutrition
Knowing what to do is often the easy bit. Doing it is harder.
We're surrounded by information about nutrition — what to eat, what not to eat and the latest diet or health trend. With so much conflicting advice, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start or frustrated when changes don't seem to last.
I believe good nutrition isn't about following strict diets, striving for perfection or being told what you should and shouldn't eat. It's about finding an approach that supports your health, suits your lifestyle and is realistic enough to maintain.
Food is only part of the picture. Our habits, emotions, routines, relationships and circumstances all influence what, when, how and why we eat.
My coaching approach focuses on understanding these influences, exploring what might be getting in the way and helping you make positive changes that work for you.
Whether you're looking to improve your eating habits, manage your weight, support your health or simply feel more confident about your food choices, we can work together to find an approach that feels manageable, enjoyable and sustainable.
Because eating well isn't just about knowing what to do. It's about finding ways to make it happen in everyday life.
