Terms & Conditions

Fusion Whole Life

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Fusion Whole Life, including Pilates, Personal Training, Movement & Exercise Coaching, Nutrition & Weight Management Coaching, GLP-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Support, Life & Wellbeing Coaching, Career & Professional Development Coaching and Practical Career Support.

By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

1. My Commitment to You

I aim to provide a professional, supportive and welcoming environment, with services tailored to your individual needs, goals and circumstances.

I will work within the scope of my qualifications, training and professional experience, providing appropriate guidance, coaching and support.

While I will endeavour to help you make meaningful progress, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

2. Client Responsibilities & Intake Forms

Before your first paid session, you will be asked to complete the relevant electronic intake questionnaire and any required consent documentation or coaching agreement. These will be sent electronically in advance.

Depending on the service, this may include:

  • Pilates, Personal Training and Movement Coaching: A Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and relevant consent documentation.

  • Nutrition & Weight Management Coaching: A nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire.

  • Life & Wellbeing Coaching: A brief client intake form and separate Coaching Agreement.

  • Career & Professional Development: Relevant information where appropriate to the service.

These documents help me understand your individual circumstances, assess the suitability of the service and prepare appropriately.

Where essential information or consent has not been provided, I may need to postpone the session.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, informing me of relevant changes in their health or circumstances and raising concerns that may affect their participation.

3. Pilates, Personal Training & Movement Coaching

Exercise sessions will be designed with consideration for your individual goals, abilities, experience and relevant health information.

Depending on your circumstances, I may recommend that you obtain advice or medical clearance from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

Although reasonable care will be taken to provide suitable instruction and supervision, physical activity involves inherent risks.

Clients should immediately report pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness or any other concerning symptoms during exercise.

Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn. For studio sessions, equipment will be provided unless otherwise agreed.

4. Nutrition & Weight Management Coaching

Nutrition coaching provides education, practical guidance and behavioural support to help clients improve their eating habits, understand their nutritional needs and make sustainable lifestyle changes.

Nutrition coaching does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or provide specialist therapeutic diets requiring medical or registered dietetic supervision.

Clients with diagnosed medical conditions, complex nutritional requirements or concerns about their health should seek advice from their GP, registered dietitian or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Weight loss and other individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

5. GLP-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

GLP-1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Support provides nutrition, movement and lifestyle guidance for individuals using GLP-1 medication prescribed by an appropriate healthcare professional.

Support may include nutritional adequacy, protein intake, hydration, physical activity, muscle maintenance and sustainable lifestyle habits.

I do not prescribe, supply, recommend dosages, adjust or manage GLP-1 medication.

Questions about medication, dosage, side effects or treatment suitability must be directed to your prescribing healthcare professional.

This service complements, but does not replace, appropriate medical supervision.

6. Life & Wellbeing Coaching

Life & Wellbeing Coaching is a collaborative, client-led process that provides space for reflection, increased self-awareness, personal development and exploring possible ways forward.

Coaching may involve different areas of life, including relationships, work, confidence, wellbeing, priorities and personal goals.

My role is to facilitate exploration and support your thinking, rather than tell you what decisions to make.

Life coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or medical treatment.

I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Where an issue falls outside the scope of coaching or my professional competence, I may recommend seeking support from an appropriately qualified professional.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.

Life coaching clients will also be provided with a separate Coaching Agreement outlining the coaching relationship, expectations and confidentiality arrangements.

7. Career & Professional Development

Career coaching supports clients in exploring their professional direction, priorities, strengths, confidence and development.

Practical career support may include CV reviews, job applications, interview preparation and personal presentation.

Guidance is informed by my professional experience in recruitment and executive search.

Although I aim to provide constructive and relevant support, I cannot guarantee interviews, employment, promotions, salary increases or other specific career outcomes.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information will be treated with care and discretion and handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and my Privacy Policy.

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential, subject to legal obligations and appropriate exceptions, including serious safeguarding or safety concerns.

Information will not ordinarily be shared with third parties without your permission unless there is a lawful reason to do so.

Clients may be asked to provide relevant health information where necessary for the safe and appropriate delivery of services. Such information will be handled with additional care.

Please refer to my Privacy Policy for further information about how personal data is collected, stored and used.

9. Bookings & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment details will be provided when arranging sessions.

  • Standard sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

  • Current fees are published on the Pricing page.

  • Any changes to prices will not affect sessions already purchased.

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I understand that plans sometimes change, and I will always do my best to accommodate requests to rearrange appointments.

  • More than 48 hours' notice: Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge.

  • Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price may apply.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance: A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session price may apply.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, I will do my best to offer an alternative time. However, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed and cancellation charges may still apply.

Where a session has been prepaid, any applicable cancellation fee may be deducted from the amount refunded or credited.

If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered a mutually convenient alternative appointment or a full refund for the affected session.

Cancellation charges will be applied fairly, taking account of the circumstances and any costs or losses reasonably incurred.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. Multiple Session Packages

Discounted packages of 5, 10 or 15 sessions are available for eligible Pilates, Strength & Fitness and Fusion Training services.

  • Packages must be paid for in advance.

  • Individual sessions may be booked as required, subject to availability.

  • Packages are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • Packages are intended for the purchasing client unless otherwise agreed.

  • The standard appointment cancellation policy applies to sessions booked as part of a package.

The 90-day validity period and any applicable conditions will be made clear before purchase.

Requests for refunds or extensions will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and individual circumstances.

12. Lateness

Clients are asked to arrive promptly for their appointments.

If you arrive late, your session will normally finish at the scheduled time.

If I am late, additional time will be provided during the session or at another mutually convenient time.

13. Online Sessions

Some services are available online.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable internet connection and a reasonably private, appropriate environment.

For online movement sessions, clients should ensure they have sufficient space and any agreed equipment to participate safely.

If technical difficulties prevent a session from proceeding, we will agree an appropriate arrangement for rescheduling or refunding the affected session.

14. Professional Boundaries & Medical Disclaimer

I am not a medical professional and do not provide medical advice.

As a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates Teacher and Nutrition Coach, I provide exercise instruction, nutrition education, lifestyle guidance and coaching within the scope of my qualifications, training and professional competence.

My services are intended to support your health, wellbeing, personal development and sustainable lifestyle changes. They do not replace professional medical advice, assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

I do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, prescribe medication, interpret medical test results or provide treatment for illness or injury. I will not advise you to start, stop or change any prescribed medication or medical treatment.

If you have an existing medical condition, are experiencing symptoms, take prescribed medication or have concerns about your physical or mental health, you should seek advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Where appropriate, I may recommend that you obtain medical advice or clearance before beginning or continuing a service.

Coaching and lifestyle guidance are intended to complement, not replace, appropriate medical care.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Insurance

I hold professional insurance with Sportscover Europe Ltd.

Insurance cover is maintained as appropriate to the services provided.

16. Ending a Coaching Relationship

Clients may choose to discontinue coaching at any time.

Where a coaching relationship ends, any outstanding fees, unused prepaid sessions or refunds will be dealt with in accordance with the agreed booking arrangements and applicable consumer law.
