WHAT CAN WE WORK ON TOGETHER?
From health and habits to relationships, career changes and everything in between.
You might be considering a significant life change. You might have a particular goal you'd like to achieve. Or perhaps something doesn't feel quite right, but you're not sure what needs to change.
Coaching can provide a space to explore these questions.
At Fusion Fit, I offer life and wellbeing coaching across a range of everyday challenges and transitions. You don't have to fit neatly into one category, and you don't need to know exactly what you'd like to work on before we begin.
Here are some of the areas we might explore together.
Nutrition & Eating Habits
Finding a balanced, sustainable approach to eating
Understanding your eating habits and what influences them
Emotional eating, snacking and eating when you're not hungry
Weight-management goals and maintaining changes
Meal planning, routines and making healthier choices easier
Navigating conflicting nutrition advice
How I can help: Combining my nutrition-coaching training with behaviour-change coaching, we can explore your current habits, identify obstacles and develop practical approaches that fit your lifestyle.
Movement, Exercise & Healthy Ageing
Getting started with exercise or returning after a break
Building confidence with movement
Finding physical activities you genuinely enjoy
Developing strength, mobility, balance and fitness
Overcoming barriers to regular exercise
Staying active and independent as you get older
How I can help: As a qualified personal trainer and Pilates teacher, I can offer practical movement guidance and instruction alongside coaching to support motivation, confidence and consistency.
General Wellbeing, Stress & Sleep
Feeling overwhelmed by competing demands
Finding time for yourself
Establishing healthier routines
Exploring lifestyle factors that may affect sleep and energy
Learning to recognise your needs and limits
Creating a better balance between activity, rest and recovery
How I can help: We can look at your daily life, explore what's contributing to pressure or imbalance and identify realistic changes that might support your wellbeing.
Mindset, Motivation & Behaviour Change
Understanding why change can be difficult
Breaking unhelpful habits and developing new ones
Procrastination and feeling stuck
Perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking
Self-criticism and limiting assumptions
Finding motivation and following through on intentions
How I can help: Through reflective questions and practical behaviour-change approaches, we can explore your patterns, identify what gets in the way and consider what might help you move forward.
Midlife Changes & Menopause
Adjusting to changes in your body, energy or lifestyle
Reviewing your health and wellbeing priorities
Navigating changing family roles
Rediscovering interests, ambitions and identity
Considering what you'd like from the next stage of life
Building confidence around ageing and change
How I can help: We can explore the lifestyle and personal challenges that may accompany midlife, including nutrition, exercise, habits, confidence and changing priorities. Medical menopause concerns should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Career, Work & Professional Direction
Feeling unfulfilled or stuck in your current role
Considering a career change
Returning to work after a break
Exploring new interests or business ideas
Building professional confidence
Preparing for applications, interviews or professional conversations
Finding a healthier relationship with work
How I can help: We can explore your strengths, values, interests and options. I can also draw on my previous experience in recruitment and executive search where relevant.
Relationships, Separation & Divorce
Navigating relationship changes
Adjusting to separation or divorce
Rebuilding independence and confidence
Understanding your needs and expectations
Exploring boundaries and communication
Considering what you want from future relationships
How I can help: I can offer a supportive, non-judgemental space to explore your experience, reflect on your choices and consider how you'd like to move forward. This is coaching rather than relationship therapy, legal advice or mediation.
Parenting & Family Life
Navigating the teenage and young-adult years
Adjusting as children become more independent
The empty nest and changing parental identity
Balancing your children's needs with your own
Family expectations and boundaries
Supporting ageing parents and managing caring responsibilities
How I can help: We can explore your role, expectations, concerns and choices, helping you find approaches that feel appropriate for your circumstances. This is not specialist parenting therapy or clinical family support.
Confidence, Identity & Self-Worth
Worrying about what other people think
Comparing yourself with others
Struggling with self-confidence
Feeling unsure who you are or what you want
People-pleasing and difficulty saying no
Learning to recognise your strengths
Feeling more comfortable making your own choices
How I can help: We can explore the beliefs, experiences and expectations influencing how you see yourself, and consider what might help you feel more confident and authentic.
Life Balance, Boundaries & Responsibilities
Feeling that everyone needs something from you
Having too much to do and too little time
Struggling to prioritise
Finding it difficult to set boundaries
Balancing work, family and personal needs
Feeling guilty about making time for yourself
How I can help: We can examine where your time and energy go, identify what matters most and explore opportunities to make your everyday life feel more manageable.
Friendships, Connection & Belonging
Making or maintaining friendships
Feeling lonely or disconnected
Navigating changing social circles
Building confidence in social situations
Finding new communities or interests
Reconsidering relationships that no longer feel fulfilling
How I can help: We can explore the role connection plays in your life, what you'd like more or less of and how you might build relationships and activities that support your wellbeing.
Life Transitions, Purpose & What's Next
Feeling restless or unfulfilled
Wondering whether your priorities have changed
Considering retirement or a new chapter
Wanting more enjoyment, adventure or variety
Having lots of ideas but no clear direction
Exploring what a meaningful and satisfying life looks like for you
How I can help: We can explore your values, interests, ambitions and possibilities, helping you develop a clearer sense of what you want and how you might begin moving towards it.
What if several areas overlap?
That's absolutely fine.
You might come to coaching about your career and discover that confidence is part of the picture.
Or you might want to improve your eating habits but realise that stress, routines or family responsibilities are influencing your choices.
We can start with whatever feels most important to you.
My Fusion Whole-Life Wheel is one of the tools we can use when it helps to look at how different parts of life connect.
A word about expertise
I don't claim to be an expert in every subject we might discuss.
I have specific qualifications in personal training, Pilates and nutrition coaching, and I'm undertaking professional life-coach training.
In broader life-coaching conversations, my role is not to tell you how to parent, which career to choose, whether to end a relationship or what decisions to make.
It's to help you explore your circumstances, understand your priorities, consider your options and make decisions that are right for you.
Where specialist medical, psychological, legal or financial advice is needed, I'll encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
You don't need to arrive with all the answers. Sometimes the most useful place to begin is with the questions.
